A Lifelong Inquiry into Reality and Human Nature
My entire life, I have been fascinated by the fabric of reality, by life itself and by this planet we inhabit. From an early age, I was captivated by human behaviour. Two questions have quietly guided my life: Why do people do what they do? And why are things the way they are?
This curiosity led me to study Sociology, Anthropology and Art History to understand culture, behaviour and collective meaning-making. Yet something was missing, the force that shapes so many lives and decisions: the economy. That realisation took me to International Business. Later, I studied Fashion Design simply to understand how creativity works.
My path has never been linear. I have moved across disciplines, cultures, philosophies and worlds, learning to see reality from multiple perspectives and to shape-shift between them. Beyond academic education, I immersed myself in models and methodologies from human dynamics to systems theories, and from Western sciences to Eastern philosophies. Life and people remain endlessly fascinating to me.
I began my career as both an entrepreneur and consultant.
I co-founded the Impact Hub Amsterdam, an innovation ecosystem for entrepreneurs working in service of social and sustainable development and later I co-developed its global network. For over a decade I co-directed incubation programs from idea generation to scaling, helping bring the economy of positive impact into being. In parallel, I joined a leadership consultancy in the Netherlands, where my education truly started.
For the past twenty years, I have accompanied hundreds of executives, leaders and talents across the world on their leadership development journeys. I have also hosted numerous workshops and seminars on entrepreneurship and innovation, strategy and self-organisation, collaboration and collective intelligence, conflict resolution and communication.
Over the years, my practice deepened through extensive training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Spiral Dynamics, Deep Democracy, Art of Hosting, Cultural Transformation Tools, U-Process, Social Presencing Theater, Family and Organisational Constellations, Art of Transformational Leadership, Collective Trauma Healing, PSYCH-K®, Non-Linear Movement Method®, Permaculture, Energy Clearing and so much more. I am lifelong learner, exploring fields such as trauma, consciousness, embodiment, creativity, cosmology, parapsychology and emerging technologies.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of embodied leadership, relational intelligence and organisational transformation.
My role often includes teaching, provoking, disrupting patterns, coaching, nurturing and mentoring. I work often with unconventional _ yet powerful _ methods to help individuals and groups access their innate intelligence and unlock potential.
Unconventional today. Common sense tomorrow.
Over the last 10 years enriched by profound personal and transformational experiences, I have come to deeply understand both the struggles _ and the immense intelligence _ held within the body. I am today absolutely convinced that it is the most powerful instrument we have for leadership. The body is the interface between our inner and outer worlds. It is the gateway to vitality, creativity, confidence, clarity, courage, connection, intuition and life force.
In an era informed by quantum physics, neurosciences, artificial intelligence and global uncertainty, reconnecting with the intelligence of the body is no longer optional.
It is essential.
